My Research Methods and Tools

I use a variety of research methods and tools. I work with concepts, discourses, and keywords. My main methods are textual (thematic, content, and semantic) analyses, policy analyses, discourse analyses, and critical discourse analyses. I am also proficient in using mixed methods.

I am trained to analyze written texts but also graphics, images, and videos, for instance, those displayed on units’ websites to communicate messages. Depending on the project goals, I use different software for data analysis. Among my favourite online tools are Voyant and Concordle. I have a rich range of experience managing data analysis in NVivo and Atlas.ti and conducting surveys in Qualtrics.

I love visuals and use diagrams.net to create infographics, charts, and mental maps as part of my analysis and to present outcomes.
